Jack and Horizon Pools did a wonderful job on our pool. We spoke with several contractors before choosing Horizon. We met with the owner of Horizon himself and instantly felt he was an honest hard working person. He let us know he would personally be involved in the day to day build of our pool and this was very reassuring. Some companies asked for payment up front which made us uncomfortable. Jack told us upfront he does set payments on the build when it reaches certain stages of competition which seemed extremely reasonable. Jacks crew was always very professional, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job.

Edited to add pictures and say that we have contacted Jack numerous times in the past year with questions and he always responds quickly with knowledgeable answers. We are first time pool owners and he is very patient in explaining things.
